Money-back guarantee

If we cannot deliver the thumbnail you paid for, we refund you in full for what was not delivered. This is the guarantee stated on our home page. It covers these cases:

You paid but no HD thumbnail was produced. Tell us and we will re-run the order or refund you in full.
Some thumbnails in a 5-pack were not produced. The confirmation screen tells you how many were produced. We will produce the rest or refund the part that was not delivered.
The final HD finishing step did not run on a thumbnail. The confirmation screen tells you. Contact us and we will re-run it at no charge, or refund that thumbnail.
You were charged twice for the same order. We refund the duplicate charge.

Before you pay: the free preview

You can generate a free watermarked, low-resolution preview before paying, to check the style and the layout of your title. The preview limit is per day, so if you have used it up you can try again later. The HD thumbnail is generated again after payment, so its artwork can differ from the preview; this is how the service works, not a defect.

After your HD thumbnail is delivered

A thumbnail counts as delivered once it has been generated and made available to you, that is, shown on the confirmation screen with its download button or sent to you by email. Because it is digital content that is supplied immediately, a delivered thumbnail cannot be refunded just because you changed your mind or prefer different artwork. Please check the free preview first. In a 5-pack, thumbnails that were not produced are not delivered and stay refundable. If what we deliver does not match what we described (for example, it is not a 16:9 HD image as stated on the home page), contact us and we will fix or refund it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected, including those described for Korea below.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your PayPal receipt or transaction ID (or just reply to your results email, which shows the order ID). Tell us briefly what was wrong. Refunds are issued by us by hand from PayPal back to the account you paid with.

When you get your money

We issue a refund that is due under this policy within 3 business days of the day you ask for it. A business day is a weekday that is not a public holiday in Korea. After we issue it, how soon the money shows on your PayPal balance, card or bank statement depends on PayPal and your bank.

Consumers in Korea (한국 소비자 안내)

If you are a consumer in the Republic of Korea, the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (“the Act”) applies. We checked the text of these provisions at the National Law Information Center (law.go.kr) on 2026-10-07. This section does not remove any right you have under the Act.

Withdrawal within 7 days (Act Article 17(1)). You may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of the day you received the contract details or, if delivery started later, the day delivery started.
Delivered digital content (Article 17(2) item 5). You cannot withdraw once the supply of digital content has begun, which for us is when your HD thumbnail has been generated and made available to you. In a 5-pack, thumbnails whose supply has not begun can still be withdrawn (the proviso to item 5, divisible content).
Notice and trial use (Article 17(6) and Enforcement Decree Article 21-2). This limit applies only because we tell you before you pay, in the box above the PayPal buttons, that a delivered thumbnail cannot be withdrawn, and because we provide a free watermarked preview (item 1, partial use / preview). If you paid without having been able to use the preview (for example because the daily preview limit was reached), the limit does not apply to you and you can withdraw within the 7 days even after delivery.
If it differs from what we described (Article 17(3)). If the thumbnail you receive differs from our description or from the contract, you can withdraw within 3 months of receiving it, and within 30 days of the day you found out or could have found out.
Refund within 3 business days (Article 18(2) and (3)). We refund within 3 business days of the day you withdraw. For a payment made through PayPal or a card, we promptly ask the payment provider to cancel the charge or, if we have already received the money, promptly return it to the payment provider and tell you (Article 18(3)). If we delay the refund, we pay delay damages for the delayed period at 15% per year (Article 18(2), Enforcement Decree Article 21-3). We charge no penalty or damages for a withdrawal under Article 17(1) (Article 18(9)).

(4) 표시·광고나 계약 내용과 다르게 제공된 경우 받은 날부터 3개월, 안 날부터 30일 이내에 철회할 수 있습니다(제17조 제3항). (5) 환급은 철회한 날부터 3영업일 이내에 처리하며, 결제업자(PayPal 또는 카드사)에는 지체 없이 결제 취소를 요청하거나 이미 대금을 받은 경우 지체 없이 반환하고 그 사실을 알려 드립니다(제18조 제3항). 지연 시 연 15%의 지연배상금을 지급합니다(제18조 제2항, 시행령 제21조의3). 제17조 제1항에 따른 철회를 이유로 위약금이나 손해배상을 청구하지 않습니다(제18조 제9항). 문의: [email protected]
